Mathematical modeling of the cavity formation under the ice cover in a water body

摘要

The article considers the formation dynamics of a cavity under the ice for the elimination of emergency oil spills. The suggested mathematical model of the formation of an ice cover in an enclosed water body allows controlling the shape of the border of an ice cover. The adequacy of the mathematical model is verified by a full-scale experiment in one of the reservoirs of Yakutsk.
