摘要

Using Fourier- and wavelet-analysis, a cyclic non-stationary process in the temperature series of 134 years for Yakutsk meteorological station is exhibited. A sustainable lag of 1/4 of the period of the annual temperature anomalies behind the 11year cycle anomalies of solar activity in Yakutsk is established. An algorithm for obtaining climatological information for the development of mathematical models of long-term climate forecast is proposed.
