摘要

The unique solvability in the classical sense is studied for the initial problems to semilinear degenerate evolution equations with the fractional Caputo derivative. Results are obtained for arbitrary fractional order equations with a nonlinear operator not depending on the unknown function derivatives and depending on t explicitly. The abstract theorems are applied to solvability research for various degenerate in time partial differential equations from the theory of semiconductors.
