摘要

A new basic equation in nonlinear acoustics similar to Kuznetsov equation [7] and Blackstock equation [1] is derived from the compressible Navier-Stokes equations of sound mode via weakly nonlinear approximations. Then global-in-time solutions of the initial value problems for these equations are proved, and the error estimates between them are established. Moreover, we discuss the problem of passing to the limit as the Stokes number tends to zero.
