3.1 Introduction During the last decades, the interest in studying of nanosize particles of different metals and their oxides has constantly grown up [1-4]. Primarily, it is due to their unique characteristics, dramatically different from their analogues - micro-scale size objects. So, this fact opens new possibilities for diverse applications of nanomaterials, having advanced properties in industrial areas.
