SURFACE FACILITIES OF THE TEMPA ROSSA PROJECT

The Tempa Rossa Project is a partnership project between Total, Shell and Mitsui, The Project development consists of various plants located in different areas; in particular an Oil Centre with process units and utilities for the treatment and stabilization of 50,000 barrels/day of Crude Oil and the treatment of the relevant water and gases, a LPG centre for the storage and export of LPG (240 ton/day), six Wellsites, the Corleto tie-in for the connection with the flowlines of the Snam Rete Gas network for the export of 230,000 m3 of gas/day and a pipeline for the transfer of the Crude Oil to the ENI refinery in Taranto. The Project is being developed in a complex context in a mountainous and rural environment, with harsh climatic conditions in winter time, with difficult logistical access, in local socio-economically sensitive conditions and where the level of external infrastructure is limited in relation to the extent of the works to be executed and the construction schedule. The Ready for Oil Production Date of the Project is scheduled for the 31st December 2017.
