In order to analysis the applicability of hydraulic tension balancing device for ultra-deep mine, theoretical model and AMESim simulation model of hydraulic tension balancing device in the lifting process of hoisting system were established on die base of considering the pipeline pressure loss and leakage, respectively. Then the rule of wire rope tension under vibration conditions was obtained. The results show that, the rules of wire tension were similar between the theoretical model and AMESim simulation model, and the relative error less than 6%. Wire rope tension in the process of ascension decreased gradually. When the operate state of the system changes, wire rope will produce larger vibration, and the vibration attenuation. Hydraulic tension balancing device can effectively reduce system vibration caused by the unbalanced of wire rope tension, balance the tension difference among the hosting rope, and improve the operation stability of the hosting system.
