THE DEFORMATION SIMULATION ANALYSIS FOR MILLING MACHINING PLANE OF AN ANTENNA FIXTURE COMPONENT

摘要

Milling the overall and assembly forming structure for an antenna fixture component, work-piece deformation will be occurring. In view of milling deformation problems for antenna fixture components, in this paper, therefore, the deformation simulation analysis is carried out on the antenna fixture components including the overall and assembly forming structure parts with 3-2-1 locating constraint way through finite element method. What is more, the calculation of the milling force, permanent deformation and one milling deformation are considering and some relative formulae are given. Comparing the simulation results, it is shown that subsequent assembly forming parts will cause assembly dimension error, positioning error and mechanical connection deformation for assembly forming structure component. Meanwhile, the overall forming parts can effectively avoid the assembly error sources, the deformation control for the overall forming structure components is obviously superior to the assembly forming structure components, which will provide a theoretical basis for the engineering problems in the future.
