This article mainly focuses on the effects of different harvesting circuits on the stator performances of the energy-feedback type ultrasonic motor (EF-USM). The EF-USM piezoelectric stator with three kinds of harvesting circuits was presented and the electromechanical coupling model was derived with finite element method. The effects of harvesting circuits on the stator performances were numerically studied. The stimulation results have shown that the harvesting circuits will not affect the resonant frequency of the motor stator, but the harvesting output voltage is increasing and the vibration displacement is decreasing with the increment of the circuit resistance, the response time of the stator vibration getting into the steady state with different harvesting circuits is 0.8 ms, and the harvesting voltage under steady state arrives at 24 V.
