The expected future market shares for various markets and driveline constellations will be presented in an overview. The respective manufacturer must fulfill the provisions on a regional basis. The car manufacturers will use various resources to address the requirements such as those placed on fleet efficiency for instance. This article will illustrate and explain some important instances of progression in the various transmission modules and hybrid systems.
