Using the Internet of Things technology in the field of maintenance, a breakdown can be found as soon as it occurs and then the work order is created automatically. In order to solve the subsequent dispatch issues, a dispatch algorithm for intelligent maintenance is proposed that considers both maintenance personnel and maintenance tasks. Develop a mobile app for maintenance personnel to perform functions such as viewing work orders, accepting work orders, and recording their behaviors. Based on the historical behaviors analysis of maintenance personnel, from the perspective of maintenance personnel, the neighborhood-based recommendation algorithm and multi-criteria decision making algorithm are studied respectively; and from the perspective of maintenance tasks, the maintenance personnel evaluation model is established. Finally, the experiments prove that the multi-criteria decision making algorithm is superior to the neighbor-based recommendation algorithm in predicting the maintenance personnel's preferences for tasks; and the dispatch algorithm for intelligent maintenance can better solve the issues of reasonableness, real-time and workload balancing in dispatching work orders.
