Main Trends in Forming and Pursuing Human Resource Policies at an Industrial Enterprise

摘要

The formation of human resource policy at an industrial enterprise defines primarily its operational activity, since introduction of the adopted human resource management system changes the entire business block for managing the organization. This paper is dedicated to the issues related to building this system, and to the process defining of all checks and balances.
