Nowadays, the need for land for construction keeps increasing. As the impact, several constructions are made on unqualified soil, for example soft soil. One type of soft soil which is harmful for construction is expansive soil. The main characteristics of expansive soil are low bearing capacity and swelling factor. Some soil stabilization methods are carried out to improve the beneficial properties and reduce the detrimental properties of expansive soil. In this study, chemical stabilization was used by white soil in percentage of 3% and 3.5%. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze stabilized expansive soil with variations of curing time (7, 14, and 28 days) in terms of soil index properties and engineering properties. The conclusion obtained is stabilization results with both of 3.0% and 3.5% white soil does not change the category type of soft soil. However, the characteristic of soil properties increase and so does the engineering properties. Moreover, curing time influences the result not only its soil properties but also engineering properties.
