摘要

The paper presents results of experimental researching the deterministic chaos oscillator for application in telecommunication systems. The oscillator active element is a bipolar transistor structure with I-V curve of N-type. At different supply voltages, the oscillator operates in oscillatory, chaotic and relaxation modes. Phase portraits and oscillograms of the oscillator output voltage have been experimentally examined in all modes.
