In this study, the influences of shoal generated in the sea route were considered to confirm the phenomenon using numerical model experiments of multidirectional irregular wave height distribution. We performed numerical model experiments of ship wave from the front of the structure in order to study the changes in the wave form by vessels on the route. Shoaling phenomenon can also diffract waves, causing the waves to change direction. It was confirmed that the deformation of the waveform due to ship navigation has not caused a large difference, according to the non-existence or existence of the breakwater. According to the results, the layout arrangement of the port structure and proposed sea routes can reduce the risk of problems encountered upon the sailing of the ship from the harbor.
