Comparative analysis of coverage aspects for various LEDs placement schemes in indoor vlc system

In this paper, we consider an indoor Visible Light Communication (VLC) system with multiple light emitting diodes (LEDs) placed on the roof of a room. The different LED placement schemes have been proposed which can be implemented depending upon the user's requirements. The mathematical analysis of coverage aspects for various LED placement schemes has been done. The coverage aspects for various LED placement schemes are analyzed. Further, the coverage fraction and interference fraction have been compared for all proposed scenarios. We have also analyzed the impact of various parameters of LED on the signal strength depending upon their placement on the roof.
