摘要

Bulk Flow Energy and Specific Energy recorded for a range of material systems of various size distributions and morphologies Trends: (1) Large variations in flow properties observed in EOS-scale powder systems; (2) Larger size distributions display lower BFE, SE; (3) Exceptions: AlSi10Mg displays low BFE with highest SE, HDH+PS ≈PREP despite large size difference. Important to collect data on both modes of powder flow (BFE and SE) in order to reliably predict powder behavior in the machine.
