In this research, a new-type processing unit for subsurface sewage purification in a certain region is presented, which adopt some physical methods: filtration, adsorption and penetration. The unit is mainly composed of a pressure dissolved air vessel, a purification filtrating equipment and control system element. In the process of water purification, to improve the efficiency of purification, the system uses a microcontroller as the control core, and servo valves as the controlled object. With the application of modern control technology, the system combines hardware with software to realize intelligent control, strictly controlling pressure and flow. It can remove the water impurities and harmful substances from the water to purify sewage water. Through the practical application, the underground processing method and purification units have been proved to be feasible.
