Hybrid finite element-boundary integral (FE-BI) method is a powerful tool for analyzing electromagnetic (EM) scattering/radiation. However, it faces great challenges when dealing with large-scale problems. In this paper, a data-sparse domain decomposition algorithm is presented to improve the ability of FE-BI for large-scale problems. For the domain decomposition scheme, a dual-primal finite element tearing and interconnecting method (FETI-DP) based on a Robin-type high-order transmission condition is introduced, which exhibits excellent iterative convergence rate and high parallelism. A data-sparse matrix factorization algorithm is developed to further reduce the computational costs of the FETI-DP. Numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.
