The application of the theory and method of reliability system engineering promotes the quality and efficiency of life cycle management of high-tech equipment. This paper introduced the science of reliability system engineering and analyzed the characteristics of high-tech equipment and their management features. It also illustrated the connotation of life cycle management of high-tech equipment and made a detailed discussion on how to apply reliability system engineering to improving life cycle management of high-tech equipment.
