摘要

The goal to create a process with a denser and finer micro-crack structure was successful. Higher corrosion resistance results confirmed in production. The other main deposit characteristics are as good as those for the current leading hard chrome processes. Hardness, wear resistance etc... the same. HMC can also maintain its high crack count even at higher current densities. Increased output with no quality loss possible.
