Jeff Eickhoff, HMT, LLC, will examine the seal inspection process and share recommended practices for safely conducting both in-service and out-of-service inspections on liquid storage tanks. During the presentation, Eickhoff will identify the types of problems that can be expected with seals, and discuss how to mitigate common variables that lead to failures. He will provide a checklist detailing the recommended practices for conducting floating roof seal inspections. This topic will also be presented by Kevin Reinoso, HMT, and Juan Medina, TransMontaigne Products, in the Spanish track.
