Methodology for Development of Inventories of Marketable Hydropower Potential in Mountain Ranges of Russia’s Far East

摘要

This paper presents the methodology for automated assessment of the hydropower potential of the rivers, as well as an example of automated search of hydropower plants sites. The methodology is mostly efficient for mount ranges of Russia’s Far East. Amur Region territories were selected to show an example of methodology implementation.
