A method and an algorithm for determining the coordinates of the ionospheric formation's region with small-scale inhomogeneities of electronic concentration based on mathematical processing of data from the outputs of the dual-frequency receiver of GPStation-6 for monitoring the standard deviation of small-scale fluctuations in the total electronic content of the ionosphere and continuous measurement of the current values of the elevation angle and azimuth of the navigation spacecraft has been developed
