A computational method for modeling the propagation of cellular detonation waves in hydrogen-air mixtures and their interaction with clouds of inert particles was developed using the ANSYS Fluent software. Equations of the laws of conservation of mass, momentum, and energy for the solid phase were added to ANSYS Fluent using custom functions. Calculations of the suppression of cellular detonation waves by inert particles were performed. Integral dependences of the detonation wave velocity deficit were obtained for various volume fractions and particle diameters.
