The effects of Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (VAM) on the diseases intensity of Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. on the multiple cropping system of long bean and corn in the peat land have been examined. The experiment was carried out from September to Nopember 2003, at Kalampangan Village, Central Kalimantan. The first factor was VAM, consist of no VAM and VAM level of 20 g/plant. The second factor was multiple cropping system, consist of long bean combine of corn (50 : 50). The result shows that there was no interaction between VAM treatment reach of and multiple cropping system on the variable disease intensity and height long bean up to 5 weeks after plantation. VAM treatment can inhibit growth of S. rolfsii indicated of the average of disease intensity of 9.5% better than no VAM treatment (37.55%) on 21 days after plantation.
