摘要

Based on comparative analysis of the existing air distribution modes in heating, ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC) system, a novel ventilation mode based on wall attached duct multi-directional jet supply in occupied zone (WADMDJ) was presented. Air distribution characteristics are studied by CFD numerical simulation. The results show that this kind of air supply mode is similar to displacement ventilation (DV) and can form air lake phenomenon in the aspect of velocity and temperature distribution under the condition of lower air supply velocity. What's more, this mode can satisfy larger air supply volume and higher cooling load than that of traditional displacement ventilation. The research indicates that this ventilation system could be used for room ventilation and air-conditioning engineering more efficiently under the reasonable parameter settings of supply air velocity and temperature.
