This work presents an attempt to quantitatively obtain the thermal process inside the thruster so as to analyze its thermal performance.A combined temperature measurement system by using laser-based sensor and monochromatic thermometry are performed to monitor temperature of combustion gas and inner wall of chamber in a real ADN based thruster.Measured gas temperature reaches an equilibrium value of 1500 K and time-resolved measurements of inner-wall temperature were in great consistence with measured gas temperature with a time delay,which increased as the feed pressure reduced.
