摘要

The direct contact condensation (DCC) in a tee junction with porous has been studied based on FLUENT 6.3 using the Volume of Fluid (VOF) multiphase flow model and Large Eddy Simulation (LES) turbulent flow model.To simulate the phenomenon of DCC, a thermal equilibrium-the two resistance model-has been introduced with the UDF (User Defined Function-UDF) program.The numerical results show that: the steam plume in the main pipe became longer and the flow pattern is mainly small chugging accompanying with the fluctuation in the main pipe comparing with the case without porous media whose flow pattern is large chugging under the same ease;the region of steam is larger along with the increase of steam mass flow rate and the condensation boundary is more complex and disordered;the fluctuation was more frequent under the case with the porous media;under the case with porous media, the positive peak value was higher and the condensation interface was more complex when the steam mass flow rate was 10kg· m-2· S-1 than when it was 5 kg·m-2· s-1.
