The paper shows the post-processing method for the CFD modeling of the solid phase particles dispergation and agglomeration processes. The proposed simulation method is based on Navier-Stokes equations and standard kepsilon turbulence model. The sizes and locations of the agglomeration and dispergation zones were estimated by the equilibrium of the surface forces and turbulent pulsation work acting on the solid phase particles. The dimensionless adhesion work criterion is proposed. The dependences of the dimensionless adhesion work on the Reynolds number are shown.
