Research on Financial Risk Monitoring Index of High-Tech Enterprises-Based on Entropy-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要

As China's economic growth rate slows down, the impetus of our economic growth gradually transforms from investment to innovation. Based on the Enterprise Performance Evaluation Standard Value which is released by SASAC, this thesis constructs the financial risk monitoring index model of high-tech enterprise, with the adoption of entropy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Moreover, it provides reference for the risk monitoring of high-tech enterprises and investors' investment decisions by utilizing the data of computer services and software companies from 2013 to 2015 in Shanghai and Shenzhen for empirical testing.
