In the paper, key technologies of urban construction were studied in depth and systematically taking an example of mining coal in mining subsidence in Huaibei.Regional stability concept and evaluation methods of seam group mining subsidence area were proposed based on the land use of urban construction scale according to the long-term observations of rock movement, the buildings subsidence monitoring in gob and the research of mining area"activation" mechanism.Technology system of coal mining subsidence regional stability evaluation and control,buildings anti-distortion were innovated, researched and developed, key technologies of the coal mining subsidence urban construction were solved and technological breakthroughs of building high-rise buildings directly in coal mining subsidence were achieved.
