The dopamine hypothesis of schizophrenia: an updated perspective

This chapter is best seen as a continuation and update of a prior detailed historical and philosophical analysis of the dopamine hypothesis of schizophrenia (DHS) that I completed with Kenneth Schaffner in 2008, although published several years later (Kendler and Schaffner 2011). This chapter has four major parts. First, I briefly summarize our prior findings. Second, I update the review with several relevant developments.
