Research on digital forensics and its relevant problems

摘要

From the perspective of digital forensics, this article mainly discusses the forensic technology of electronic evidence, forensic standards of electronic evidence, and forensic procedures of electronic evidence. Furthermore, it analyses the existing problems of digital forensics and electronic evidence and relevant judicial problems in China. As well, it gives the relevant solution proposals at the end of this article.
