摘要

The issue of performance degradation will appear after complex mechanical products work for a long time, because the mechanical product is composed of complex structure and numerous components. When failure occurs, it is usually only the failure parts that are repaired. However, the reliability of the complete machine after repair cannot reach the state consistent with a new machine. To solve the problem of remaining old after repair, this paper proposes a new reliability evaluation approach based on the Weibull-NHPP model. Applying the testing data of a kind of diesel engine, the feasibility and scientific aspect of the model are validated. This approach effectively solves the reliability evaluation problem of products where the failure rate will change after repair.
