The actinomycetes strain was identified based on cultural, morphological and biochemical characteristics and analyse the optimum growth condition using different parameters such as pH, temperature, carbon and nitrogen source supplementation. Maximum growth were observed at pH 7 and temperature 28°C. The amylolytic application of isolated strain was carried out in starch stained cloth. In order to maintain all optimized parameters, the growth of actinomycetes sp. was carried out in a fermenter. The antibacterial activity of the strain were analyzed which promised the antimicrobial effect. The mathematical process model have been developed using the data obtained during the process. The replacement of PID controller into the modified Oustaloup filter based PID control strategy gives the better stability in pH and temperature. The graphs and simulation results have confirmed that the modified controller gives higher stability for the foresaid parameters. The growth rate also significantly increased which are discussed in the results and discussions.
