ONE-SHOT CENTRE WINGBOX DEVELOPMENT

摘要

The aim of the TP124 CWB project is to develop a thermoset composite center wing box compliant with high production rate. The main principal is to use a high level of parts integration thus: Integrate hot debulked stiffeners into a male tool and lay-up the skin above. Then all elements are Co - cured in a 'one shot' process. The objective being to develop low cost, innovative, composite CWB manufacturing processes which are compliant with high production rate. This report will focus on the manufacturing development of the elementary CFRP part only.
