Pack and module mechanical structure: (1) product/production quality (gluing, welding, sealing, Kapton tape use, etc.) = > not yet automotive standard, can be significantly improvement; (2) module architecture reasonable and robust but difficult to assemble, especially coolant tube. E/E, BMS and EMC: (1) state-of-the-art E/E architecture (creepage/clearance, components,…) but partly not automotive and Poka Yoke; (2) no service for E/E parts possible, excepts fuse, no service disconnect installed; (3) many module control units necessary, with relatively high cost; (4) BMS is only partly state-of-the-art and automotive; (5) EMC OK, but contact cover to base housing questionable.
