摘要

A new mixed-mode multifunctional filter with two inputs and six outputs is presented. The proposed circuit employs four modified multi-output differential difference current conveyors (MDDCC) as active components, four grounded capacitors and five resistors. The circuit with voltage-mode and current-mode can realize low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass simultaneously. All passive and active components have low sensitivities. The quality factor and natural frequency can be independent tuned. The grounded capacitors are very appropriate to be integrated. The computer simulation of PSPICE uses 0.18μm TSMC CMOS and the theoretical results are validated the proposed circuit.
