Acoustic emission signal analysis for crane slewing bearing with no defect under different conditions

摘要

According to the custom of crane model, acoustic emission test under different conditions had been done. The AE parameter analysis for acoustic emission signals that obtained under different conditions that load changes, rotational speed changes, and rotational direction changes. The AE parameter distribution law and statistical law under different conditions had been achieved. These results may help lay a foundation for the study on the slewing bearing fault diagnosis.
