摘要

The roller compacted concrete (RCC) gravity dam of Ludila Hydropower Project has a maximum dam height of 140 m.The RCC for the main dam was blended with sandstone aggregate,highquality set retarding superplasticizer,air entraining agent,admixture PL (phosphorus slag powder and limestone powder) and moderate heat Portland cement in an optimal mix proportion.The workability of concrete was improved significantly.Furthermore,through controlling the concrete's ex-mixer temperature and the placing temperature,providing crack-resistant mesh reinforcements at the upstream dam face,taking moisturizing measures to improve microenvironment of concreting faces,employing an intelligent water cooling method,and making 3D stress field simulation and feedback analysis for the dam,the goal of real-time temperature control and cracking prevention for high-performance dam concrete was realized.
