Cyber security technology alone will not accomplish effective cyber security if other elements are not in place, such as: 1. Control and monitor physical access to the secure IED perimeter housing; 2. Control of sensitive IED documents (technical manuals, schematics, etc.); 3. Security plans and procedures for non-organizational personnel; 4. IED password administration; 5. Real-time monitoring of IED conditions and alarms; 6. Security awareness training of personnel; 7. Review security framework.
