Next Generation Lithium-Sulfur, Lithium-Air, and Lithium-Water Batteries based on PolyPlus Protected Lithium Electrodes - (PPT)

PolyPlus worked with a top tier Japanese battery engineering firm to design a "first of its kind" pilot line to produce its unique negative electrode. The pilot line was shipped to PolyPlus in January 2013. The pilot line is fully operational. PolyPlus is on track to deliver step-change Li-S batteries (700 Wh/l, 500 Wh/kg) in 4 years.
