Rationalization of the Production Hall Layout in the Particular Manufacturing Company

摘要

This paper deals with the rationalization and optimization of a production hall layout in a particular manufacturing company. Within a practical example, the procedure for overall hall optimization and the related suitable layout of workplaces is described. Optimization is based on the information from Sankey diagrams and other logistic indicators as well as the analysis of removing deficiencies in the workspace layout of a production hall.
