First of all, This study analyzes the current situation of the development of the construction industry and the construction phase of the project management problems; Secondly, it analyzes the application principle of BIM technology and the modeling flow of BIM 5D ; Then, it focuses on the discussion of the integrated application of BIM5D in the construction stage taking Central Grand project as the carrier, including the visualization of the end, the paper review and collision detection, 5D construction simulation and so on; Finally it evaluates the effect on the application of BIM.
