An attempt to manage change: broadening Lewin's (1947) model

摘要

The aim of this research is to deepen into change management processes, by starting with a classical one, improving it with additional recommendations from published studies, and end up testing the model at a real change experience in an international company. Our results show that using this model is a good tool to follow a pattern and deliver recommendations to help face changes successfully.
