In the atmosphere, there are a lot of particles which contain carbonaceous, ion and metal components. The sources of those atmospheric particles are regarded as vehicle emission, photochemical formation and soil, etc. The particles with various particle size are exist in the atmosphere and ultrafine particles (PM0.1) occupies most of the number concentration. Therefore, measurement of chemical components in PM0.1 is important for the evaluation of influences on air pollution and human health. Since PM0.1 is condensed and coagulated repeatedly in the atmosphere and influence on air pollution while growing, investigation of PM0.1 and fine particles (PM2.5) is important to elucidate the behavior of particles. Research on the metal components in PM0.1 is not enough and those seasonal variations and a relation with other particle components don’t become clear.
