Filtration characteristics with dust loading by relative humidity

PM2.5(Particulate matters less than 2.5μm) has received considerable attention due to its hazardous effects in human health(Zerger et al. 2008). Therefore, installation of a particle removal system in a coal-fired power plant and other industrial facilities is essential. Bag house system is generally used to reduce particulate matters because of its high performance and reliability. Filter is the most important component which determines the performance of a bag house system.
