摘要

After the phosphate ore dressing wastewateris recycled for many times, the dissolved inorganic mineral ions and reagents will influence the flotation indexes when they reach to a certain concentration.This paper aims to study the effect of Ca2+ , Mg2+ , SO2-4 on the reverse flotation of phosphate ore.The single factor experiment results show that the concentrate P2O5 grade and the recovery decrease with the increase of Ca2+ , Mg2+ , SO42-concentration in the ore pulp.Ca2+ was found to have a certain influence on the concentrate grade.The orthogonal experiment results show that SO2-4-has the largest effect on the flotation index, followed bv Mg2+ and Ca2+.
