Fuzzy ANP Approach for Selection of Group Health Insurance Plans

A fuzzy Analytic Network Process (ANP) is used to assess criteria weights in the decision-making process of evaluating alternative group health insurance plans, and combined with the fuzzy TOPSIS method to select the most appropriate one. The proposed approach tackles the uncertainty in the evaluation process, takes into account the dependences among decision criteria, and ranks various alternatives, by aggregating judgments of a group of experts.
